Dipo has managed projects valued over $120m and delivered over $60million cost savings to various organizations by improving systems and processes. He is known for his ability to integrate multiple quality concepts and methodologies into a cohesive improvement structure for an organization.

Dipo is also a reputable trainer & consultant with blend of Technical & Process Skills, has contributed to all important functions of business (i.e. sales, presales, delivery, support, operation, engineering, HR, finance and supply chain etc.).  He is passionate about and driven several cultural transformations that propel a quality mindset in all workforce levels. He has trained more than 100 Lean Six Sigma Green Belts, 60 Six Sigma Yellow Belts including over 10 champions and project sponsors. Mojisola is a Certified Project Manager (PMI & Prince 2), a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, an ISO Consultant, a Business Analyst, an excellent facilitator and trainer, a certified Human Resource professional and Business Consultant. She has extensive experience in managing various projects ranging from Business & Process Improvement, Educational, HR Related, to Customer-Centric projects. She has strong strategic marketing, leadership, and administrative skills.

She has contributed to Business Process Re-engineering and deployment of Lean Six Sigma methodologies on projects for various organizations. She brings to bear on any project practical strategy and superior innovation. She has trained thousands of delegates in the past 12 years in different programs across various sectors and industries such as Banking, Oil and Gas, Construction, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, and the Public Sector. Mojisola is also a Project Planner and Scheduler and uses both the Microsoft Project and Primavera Project Planner tools extensively to plan projects. She holds a Bachelor´s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Ilorin.

As a Process Consultant, Mojisola has engaged in various Process audits and re-engineering projects for various organizations in Health care, Oil & Gas, and the Educational sectors. A PECB-trained and certified QMS 9001:2015 Lead Auditor and the only PECB-Certified EOMS 21001:2018 Lead Auditor and Trainer in Nigeria.

Mojisola is a Certified Project Manager and member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) USA, and APMG UK, a PECB-certified Trainer, a certified Facilitator by APMG, and a certified member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM).
