Project Risk Management

This course will assist in the understanding, definition, identification and management of Project Risk Management and Risk Management Definitions, the role of Project Risk Management in Project Management, as well as critical success factors and good practices.

Our Project Risk Management Course covers risk management in alignment with the PMBOK 6th Edition and is aligned with other PMI® risk management practice standards, and some other Project Management methodologies.
